These yummy little balls of flavour are a favourite with my kids. Sweetened by the natural sugars in the dates, with no other added sugars, they give a good energy boost, along with the fibre from the dates. We keep ours in the fridge, but they never last too long...
Easy and quick to make (the slowest part is rolling the balls - if you make them bigger there is less to roll!)
