Snapping Komodo Dragon
This cute Komodo Dragon has moving parts. Push and pull his tail to snap open his mouth and poke out his tongue.

Instructions:
1. Print out the two templates. They are available in both jpg and pdf

2. Cut out the pieces from the printed templates. You should have a Head piece, a Tail piece, four legs and a tongue.

3. Fold the pieces, as shown.

4. Attach the tongue piece to the tail piece.
The tongue attaches to the underneath of the tail piece, at the level of the green line. The pictures will guide you to the placement. |

5. Attach the tail piece to the inside of the head piece.
Use double-sided sticky tape on the underneath of the tab on the tail piece. It is attached, as shown in the pictures, at the level of the eyes. Then flip the tail piece into the inside of the head piece, as shown. |

6. Close the Head piece.
Using double-sided sticky tape, as shown, tape the head piece shut around the tail piece. |

7. Tape the legs onto the underside of the Dragon, as shown.
