Instructions
1. Push the rounded (not the point) end of the foam egg onto the kebab stick.
This is to help you work with the egg without having to touch the egg. The kebab stick should be firmly inserted, so that when you are painting glue onto the egg, it will not rotate around.
2. Mix some paint (of your chosen colour) and white glue in equal amounts (enough to cover your egg).
3. Paint your egg with the glue and paint mixture. Covering the whole surface evenly, right up to the edge of where the kebab stick is inserted. Continue to step 4 straight away while the glue is still wet.
4. Holding your egg over a container (to catch excess glitter which falls off so that you can re-use it) tip glitter over the entire egg. It should stick to the glue/paint mixture.
5. Once the egg is evenly covered with glitter, dry the egg by resting the kebab stick in a container with the base of the kebab stick anchored in the blu-tac / playdough / plasticine so that the stick will not move or fall over.
6. Once the glue is dry, mix some more white glue with an equal amount of water. Use that paintbrush to gently paint this over the entire egg. This step seals the glitter onto the egg, so that you won't have an egg that sheds glitter all over you house.
7. Dry the egg again (using the same method as above)
8. Once the egg is dry, remove the kebab stick. Place your chosen sequin over the hole and insert the pin through the hole, covering the hole where the kebab stick was inserted.
