Balancing Butterfly
Large Butterfly
Make a butterfly that will balance on the tip of your finger...

Materials
1. Printer 2. Paper 3. Colouring pens or pencils 4. Two light metal washers per butterfly. Make sure they are small enough to fit inside the top parts of the wings of your chosen butterfly. 5. Scissors |

Instructions:
1. Print out one of the A4 templates below. You can have either one large, or six smaller butterflies per page. Available in pdf or jpg. |

2. Colour in the butterfly/butterflies using pencils or crayons. If you are using pens or paint be mindful not to make the paper too moist as this will weaken the paper and it is more likely to tear...wait until the paper is fully dry before continuing.
Cut them out.

3. Tape the washers to the butterfly wings, in the position as shown.
