Low Carb Healthy Fat Eating
I've recently made the move to Low Carb, Healthy Fat (LCHF) eating. It's been a complete transformation of my eating habits, my cooking, and my health.
Why did I make the change from a seemingly healthy, low fat and gluten free diet? It started when my husband brought home a book from the library called "What the Fat". This book seriously challenged what I'd considered "healthy" as far as food was concerned. Eat more fat? You've got to be kidding! I needed some serious convincing... of the scientific kind - but the more I've investigated and looked into this, the more convinced I've become... enough to change the habits of a lifetime, and revolutionise my kitchen.

Easy to understand and presented in a entertaining way - watch the film first, and then read the book. The explanations of the science are great - made so simple.
