1. A4 white paper or light card
2. Printer
3. Black pen
Instructions:
1. Print out the A4 sized template (available in jpg or pdf) onto white paper or card.
2. Fold the card
3. Create your own medal for Dad and write it onto the medal using black pen.
4. Don't forget to sign the card, and you can write Dad a special message too!
